Therefore, we offer a full refund with no questions asked if you request a refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. This 24-hour refund window starts from the moment your payment is confirmed.

 

2. Extended Refund Period

 

In some cases, the event organizer may choose to extend the refund period beyond the initial 24 hours. If the event organizer specifies an extended refund period during the purchase or on the event's official webpage, this extended period will apply to your purchase. Please refer to the event's official communication and website for details regarding the extended refund period, if applicable.

To request a refund within the applicable refund period:
